Robert W. Plaster Stadium Rules
Robert W. Plaster Stadium has some of the hottest concerts, shows, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
Disabled seating is located in sections CC & KK. Guest with disabilities may use the elevator located at the west side of the ticket office. General admission disabled accommodations also are available on the east side with the ramp entrance at the north end.

Camera Policy
Cameras are allowed during most events at Plaster Stadium. If there is an exception, then it will be noted in the program information for the event. Please note that professional cameras with detachable lenses may not be allowed.

Lost and Found Policy
All lost and found items will be turned in to the main ticket office, located on the west side of the stadium. Lost and Found items will be held at Plaster Stadium through the duration of the event. After the event items are taken to the JQH Arena box office for safekeeping. You may pick items up there. To contact the box office call 417-836-7678.

- Flowers
- Beach balls
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
Robert W. Plaster Stadium reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Typically, there is no re-entry allowed.
Smoking Rules
Persons who wish to smoke in single letter and single numeral sections are asked to go to designated smoking areas outside of Plaster Stadium.
